I’m Chris Belle, an operating executive in precision manufacturing and industrial services.
I take small positions in early-stage companies and serve on their boards. What I bring is operational judgment: hiring, systems, customers, and the practical work of turning a good product into a business that lasts.
I work with founders past the idea stage, solving real problems for industrial or technical customers, in situations where an experienced operator on the board changes their trajectory. I hold for a long time and I’m not structured around exits.
I don’t take control positions and I don’t acquire companies.
